Almost there!
I transferred the beer to the secondary fermenter where it sat for 2 weeks clearing up. Today I added the food for the yeast to start building carbonation. I bottled them and now I wait 10 more days for final resting and clarification. Then I can refrigerate and drink.
I tasted it today. Flat because the carbonation has not yet started but it taste real good. Somewhere between a pilsener and a Budweiser. Yummy!
