Making my FIRST Beer Brew -Part 1
February 15th 2007 - I have never done this before and I can't wait to make my first brew of "American wheat beer". I have all the ingredients and collected most of what I will need to cook and ferment my concoction. I am just waiting for the dam UPS truck to show up with my storage and bottling tools. I will update this Blog as the story unfolds!
